Product Price and Specifications

All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Parish Tactical reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered on your order, we will contact you before processing payment and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are supplied by the manufacturer. Parish Tactical makes no guarantee that product descriptions are complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Actual product appearance may differ slightly from images shown on the website.

Purchasing

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (21 years of age for handguns, pistol-grip firearms, and silencers/suppressors)
• You are the actual buyer/transferee of any firearm you purchase — straw purchases are a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine
• You are legally permitted under federal, state, and local law to purchase, possess, and receive the items ordered
• All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, transfer, and ownership of the items ordered

Parish Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to involve prohibited persons, straw purchases, or suspicious activity. We are required by federal law to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Firearm Sales — Conditional Sale Policy

All firearm sales are conditional upon the completion of all legally required federal, state, and local steps necessary to complete the transfer, including but not limited to:

• Completion of ATF Form 4473 at the receiving FFL dealer
• Successful completion of a NICS background check (or applicable state equivalent)
• Compliance with any applicable state waiting period
• Payment of any applicable state or local background check or transfer fees (these fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price)

A firearm sale is not complete until the firearm has been lawfully transferred to you at a licensed FFL dealer. By purchasing a firearm from Parish Tactical, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

You are responsible for:

• Selecting a licensed FFL dealer near you to receive your firearm
• Providing Parish Tactical with your chosen FFL dealer’s information promptly after purchase
• Contacting your FFL dealer to confirm they accept transfers before placing your order
• All FFL transfer fees charged by your receiving dealer
• Complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your firearm purchase

Parish Tactical is not responsible for delays, complications, or costs arising from the FFL transfer process, NICS delays, or state-specific requirements.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before the item has been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@parishtactical.com or (337) 524-3158.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer must receive the shipment and initiate a return per our Return Policy.

For firearm orders cancelled after the firearm has shipped but before FFL transfer, a restocking fee of up to 15% applies and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

All returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Please review our full Return Policy before placing an order. Key points:

• Most non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition
• All firearm sales are final once transferred to you at your FFL dealer
• All ammunition sales are final
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns — contact us before shipping anything back

Amending Orders

Once an order has been submitted and payment processed, changes to the order (items, quantities, shipping address, FFL dealer selection) may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@parishtactical.com or (337) 524-3158 and we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships. We cannot guarantee that amendments can be made once an order is in processing or has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, order volume, FFL processing times, and other factors outside our control. Parish Tactical is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery.

Firearms are shipped to your selected FFL dealer, not directly to you. Once the firearm arrives at the FFL dealer, it is your responsibility to contact the dealer and complete your transfer in a timely manner. Unclaimed firearm transfers after 30 days may result in the firearm being returned to us at your expense.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible items and destinations as specified at the time of the offer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Hazardous materials (including certain ammunition types) may require additional carrier fees and handling charges. These will be reflected at checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of your order being placed, contact us at sales@parishtactical.com.

In-Store Pickup

Parish Tactical operates as an online retailer and does not currently offer in-store pickup unless it is communicated directly. All orders ship directly to the customer (or to a designated FFL dealer for firearm orders).

Order Restrictions

Parish Tactical does not sell to:

• Individuals prohibited from possessing firearms or firearm-related products under federal or state law
• Individuals under 18 years of age (under 21 for handguns, pistol-grip firearms, and silencers)
• Jurisdictions where the sale or shipment of certain products is prohibited by law

It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your state, county, and municipality before placing an order. Parish Tactical will not knowingly process orders that violate applicable law, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

P.O. Box Shipments / Restrictions

Parish Tactical cannot ship firearms or ammunition to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all firearm and ammunition orders. Other items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes at our discretion. If a P.O. Box address is provided for a restricted item, we will contact you to obtain a valid physical shipping address before processing.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions

Magazine capacity laws vary by state and locality. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the magazine(s) you are purchasing are legal to own, possess, and receive in your state and local jurisdiction before placing an order. Parish Tactical will make reasonable efforts to restrict shipment of prohibited magazines to known restricted states, but cannot guarantee compliance with every local ordinance. By purchasing magazines from Parish Tactical, you represent that the items are legal in your jurisdiction.

Ammunition Ordering Restrictions

Ammunition is subject to significant state and local restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify that the ammunition you are purchasing is legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction. Parish Tactical complies with known state restrictions on ammunition sales but is not responsible for local ordinances that may apply. Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, internationally, or to restricted states as outlined in our Shipping Restrictions policy.

All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Other Ordering Restrictions

Certain products. including but not limited to suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and other NFA items. are subject to federal and state regulations. By purchasing any NFA item, you represent that you are legally authorized to possess it in your jurisdiction and that you understand the required ATF registration process. All NFA item sales are final once the transfer process has been initiated.

Parish Tactical reserves the right to refuse shipment to any state or locality where we determine it is not legally permissible or practical to complete the transaction.

Special Tax Notices

Customers are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on their purchases. For NFA items, the buyer is responsible for the $200 federal excise tax (Form 4 transfer tax) or other applicable NFA transfer taxes. Parish Tactical is required to collect sales tax in jurisdictions where we have nexus. Tax amounts, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Questions and Answers

Do I need an FFL dealer to receive a firearm?
Yes. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer near you. You will complete the required ATF Form 4473 and background check at the FFL dealer before taking possession of the firearm.

Can someone else pick up my firearm for me?
No. You, the actual buyer listed on the order, must complete the transfer paperwork at the FFL dealer. Having another person pick up a firearm on your behalf may constitute a straw purchase, which is a federal felony.

What if my background check is denied?
If your NICS check is denied, the firearm cannot be transferred to you. The transaction will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued minus a restocking fee of up to 15% and any non-refundable shipping charges.

Are there states you won’t ship to?
Yes. Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states due to state law. Please review our Shipping Restrictions policy for a full list of restricted products by state.

Who pays the FFL transfer fee?
The FFL transfer fee charged by your receiving dealer is your responsibility and is not included in the order total. These fees vary by dealer and typically range from $15–$50.
