How do I purchase a firearm and how does the FFL transfer work?
Order online and choose a licensed FFL dealer to receive your firearm. Once we ship to your selected dealer, complete the federal background check in person before taking possession.
How long does shipping take and are there any restrictions?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. Some products cannot ship to every state or jurisdiction — review our shipping restrictions for state-specific rules before ordering.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it ships, but orders already in transit follow our return policy instead.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Eligible items can be returned within the window outlined in our return policy, and manufacturer warranties are handled through our warranty page. Reach out before sending anything back so we can authorize the return.
Do you offer in-store pickup or order tracking?
