Where We Ship

Certain products may have additional geographic restrictions based on state and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled to specific locations.

Age Requirements and ID Verification

Federal and state laws impose age restrictions on the purchase and possession of firearms and ammunition:

• Handguns: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Long guns (rifles and shotguns): Must be 18 years of age or older (some states require 21).
• Ammunition: Age requirements vary by state and caliber (typically 18 or 21).

Firearm Shipping

FFL Transfer Requirement: Federal law requires that firearms be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, not directly to your home address (with limited exceptions that vary by state).

FFL Transfer Process

1. Select an FFL dealer near you who will accept the transfer.
2. Provide us with your FFL dealer information (name, address, and a copy of the FFL license).
3. We ship the firearm to your selected FFL dealer.
4. Your FFL dealer contacts you when the firearm arrives.
5. Visit the FFL dealer, complete the required paperwork (Form 4473), and undergo a background check.
6. Upon approval, take possession of your firearm.

Ammunition Shipping

Ammunition shipping restrictions vary significantly by state and locality. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit ammunition shipments entirely, while others require special permits, licenses, or background checks.

• Some states and localities restrict ammunition shipments to residential addresses.
• Certain calibers or ammunition types may be restricted in specific jurisdictions.
• Age verification and signature may be required upon delivery.
• Hazardous material (HAZMAT) shipping fees apply to all ammunition shipments.

Shipping Times

Order processing and shipping times vary based on product availability, destination, and the shipping method selected:

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days (longer for firearms requiring FFL verification).
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (where available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and dimensions, destination, selected shipping method, and product type (ammunition incurs HAZMAT fees).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150 (restrictions apply for ammunition and oversized items).

P.O. Box Shipments / Restrictions

Due to carrier restrictions and legal requirements, firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is required for all orders containing regulated items. Some accessories and non-regulated items may be eligible for P.O. Box delivery.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions

Some states and localities restrict or ban magazines with capacities exceeding certain limits (commonly 10, 15, or 20 rounds). Magazine restrictions change frequently, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Other Ordering Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to additional restrictions:

• Suppressors / Silencers: Require ATF Form 4, a tax stamp, and compliance with National Firearms Act (NFA) regulations.
• Short-Barreled Rifles / Shotguns: NFA items requiring additional paperwork and approval.
• Armor-Piercing Ammunition: Restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions.

Order Cancellations or Modifications

If we determine that an order cannot be legally fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
