Leupold Mark 5HD Riflescope Owner’s Manual

At Parish Tactical, we want you to get the most out of your Leupold Mark 5HD riflescope. This owner’s manual covers mounting and ring torque, focusing the eyepiece, zeroing your turrets and resetting them to zero, and dialing parallax for a crisp picture at any distance. Give it a read before you head to the range, and reach out to our team if you have any questions about your optic.

Mount the scope in quality rings and tighten the ring caps evenly to the maker’s recommended torque, keeping the reticle level. Adjust the eyepiece until the reticle is sharp, then set your eye relief. Bore-sight first, then confirm zero on paper and use the zero-stop turrets to lock in your setting. Dial the side-focus knob to remove parallax at your shooting distance. Keep lenses clean with a soft brush and lens cloth, and store the optic with the covers on. Always verify your firearm is unloaded before mounting or adjusting any optic.
