SureFire ST07 Remote Tape Switch Setup Guide

At Parish Tactical, we put together this setup guide to help you install and use your SureFire ST07 remote tape switch. It covers connecting the switch to a compatible SureFire weapon light or laser, routing and securing the tail cap and cable, mounting the pressure pad on your rail or handguard, and testing momentary and constant-on activation. Read it before installation and reach out to our team with any questions.

Connect the Switch: With the light or laser powered off, remove the tail cap and thread the SureFire ST07 tape switch securely onto the compatible weapon light or laser. Hand-tighten until snug.

Route & Secure the Cable: Run the cable along the rail or handguard, keeping it clear of moving parts and the muzzle. Secure the slack with the included clips or tape so it cannot snag.

Mount the Pressure Pad: Position the pressure pad where your support hand naturally rests. Clean the surface, then attach the pad using the adhesive or rail mount for a firm, repeatable grip.

Test Activation: Confirm both momentary (press-and-hold) and constant-on functions work as expected. Verify the connection stays tight under recoil before relying on the setup in the field.
