RETURN POLICY

We want you to be confident in every purchase you make at Parish Tactical. This policy outlines what can be returned, how to initiate a return, and what to expect during the process. Please read carefully before placing your order, as certain product categories, particularly firearms and ammunition, are subject to strict limitations under federal and state law.

GENERAL RETURN WINDOW

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused, and unaltered condition
  • In their original manufacturer’s packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or may be declined entirely at Parish Tactical’s discretion.

HOW TO START A RETURN

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back.

1. Contact us at sales@parishtactical.com or call (337) 524-3158 within your return window

2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

3. We will issue an RMA number and provide the return shipping address

4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package, packages without an RMA number will be refused

5. Ship the item back using a trackable, insured shipping method

Return shipping costs:

If the return is due to a defective item or our error (wrong item shipped), Parish Tactical will cover return shipping

If the return is a customer preference (changed your mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount
  • FFL transfer fees paid to a receiving dealer are non-refundable

FIREARMS

All new firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you by your receiving FFL dealer.

This is a federal legal requirement. Once a firearm is transferred into your possession, we are unable to accept it as a return under any circumstances.

Before accepting transfer from your FFL dealer:

  • Inspect the firearm thoroughly for visible defects, damage, or incorrect model/caliber
  • Do not complete the transfer if you notice any issue. Contact us immediately at (337) 524-3158 or sales@parishtactical.com
  • If a defect or shipping error is identified before transfer, we will arrange to have the firearm returned to us and provide a replacement or full refund upon inspection

If your background check (NICS) is denied or delayed:

  • If a firearm cannot be transferred due to a NICS denial, non-response, or any reason the transfer cannot be completed, the transaction will be canceled
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied, and original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Contact our team and we will work with you to resolve the situation

Cancelled firearm orders:

  • Orders cancelled before the firearm has shipped will receive a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after the firearm has shipped but before FFL transfer are subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee

AMMUNITION

All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on ammunition.

This applies to all calibers, shot shells, and reloading components. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

NFA ITEMS (SUPPRESSORS, SBRs, SBSs, ETC.)

All NFA item sales are final once the transfer process has been initiated with the ATF.

Once a Form 4 or Form 1 has been submitted, cancellations and returns cannot be accepted. Please contact us before initiating any NFA paperwork if you have concerns about your order.

ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Ammunition and reloading components (primers, powders)
  • Firearms and NFA items (post-transfer)
  • Opened or used cleaning chemicals, lubricants, and liquids
  • Installed optics or scopes (once mounted or zeroed)
  • Opened pepper spray or less-lethal chemical agents
  • Opened electronic media and software
  • Custom-order or special-order items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Items that have been altered, modified, or disassembled beyond normal inspection
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance at time of purchase

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@parishtactical.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund. For manufacturer defects discovered after the return window, you may be eligible for a manufacturer warranty claim, see our Warranty Policy for details.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process the exchange or issue store credit if the preferred item is unavailable.
