Firearms Warranty

All new firearms sold by Parish Tactical ship in the original manufacturer’s packaging and include the manufacturer’s warranty documentation.

Before FFL Transfer:

• Inspect the firearm carefully at your FFL dealer before completing the transfer paperwork
• If you notice any visible defect, damage from shipping, or an incorrect item, do not complete the transfer — contact us immediately at (337) 524-3158 or sales@parishtactical.com
• We will arrange a return shipping label and either replace the firearm or issue a full refund upon inspection

After FFL Transfer:

• Once a firearm has been transferred into your name, it is considered used under federal law — even if it has never been fired
• All post-transfer warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm
• Parish Tactical will assist you in identifying the correct manufacturer warranty contact and facilitate the process where possible
• Parish Tactical will cover reasonable return shipping costs for warranty claims submitted within 30 days of your FFL transfer date; after 30 days, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Used Firearms:

• All used firearm sales are final and are sold as-is with no warranty, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in the product listing

What typically voids a manufacturer’s firearm warranty:

• Use of handloaded, reloaded, or non-standard ammunition
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or aftermarket parts installation
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Accidental damage or damage from improper storage
• Disassembly beyond what is described in the owner’s manual

Non-Firearm Products (Optics, Gear, Accessories, Knives, Apparel, etc.)

Warranty coverage for non-firearm products varies by manufacturer and product category. All new products sold by Parish Tactical include the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Common warranty windows by category (varies by brand):

To initiate a warranty claim on a non-firearm item:

1. Check the manufacturer’s website for their specific warranty claim process — most manufacturers handle claims directly and may offer faster resolution
2. If you need assistance, contact us at sales@parishtactical.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue
3. We will help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer warranty department

Parish Tactical’s Guarantee

In addition to manufacturer warranties, Parish Tactical guarantees the following on every order:

• Authenticity: All products are 100% genuine, new-in-box items from authorized distributors — no counterfeits, grey market imports, or refurbished items sold as new
• Accurate Descriptions: If you receive an item that is materially different from what was described on the product page, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right
• Defective Items: If a non-firearm item arrives defective straight out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1 — Contact us first:
Email sales@parishtactical.com or call (337) 524-3158 with:

• Your order number
• The product name and SKU
• A description of the defect or issue
• Photos of the defect (required for all claims)

Step 2 — We’ll assess your claim:
We will review your claim within 2 business days and advise whether it should be handled through Parish Tactical or directed to the manufacturer.

Step 3 — Resolution:

• For claims handled by Parish Tactical: we will issue a prepaid return label, and upon receipt and inspection, provide a replacement or refund
• For manufacturer warranty claims: we will provide you with the manufacturer’s warranty contact information and assist where possible

What Is Not Covered

The following are generally not covered under any warranty at Parish Tactical or through manufacturers:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, finish wear) from normal use
• Damage from improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance
• Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
• Damage from use of improper or reloaded ammunition
• Unauthorized modifications or alterations
• Items that have been disassembled beyond normal field-strip procedures
• Consumable items (batteries, O-rings, cleaning pads, etc.)
• All ammunition — no warranty or returns under any circumstances
• Used or as-is items unless specifically noted otherwise in the product listing

NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs)

NFA items are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. Due to the nature of ATF transfer requirements, warranty claims on NFA items must go directly through the manufacturer. Parish Tactical will assist in facilitating contact with the manufacturer but cannot accept returns on NFA items once the ATF transfer process has been initiated.
