Henry H001 Classic Lever Action .22 Owner’s Manual

At Parish Tactical, we want you to get the most out of your Henry H001 Classic lever-action .22 rifle. This owner’s manual covers safe handling, loading the tubular magazine, operating the lever and hammer safely, the half-cock position, and keeping the rifle clean. Give it a read before your first range trip, and reach out to our team if you have any questions about your rifle.

Before handling, point the muzzle in a safe direction and confirm the rifle is unloaded by working the lever and checking the chamber. To load, place the hammer in the half-cock safety position, then unscrew and remove the inner magazine tube, drop .22 cartridges in bullet-first through the loading port, and reseat the tube. Cycle the lever fully to chamber a round, and lower the hammer to half-cock until ready to fire. After shooting, run a bore brush and patch through the barrel, wipe down the lever and bolt, and apply a light coat of oil. Store the rifle unloaded with the hammer down in a cool, dry place away from children. Always confirm the rifle is unloaded before cleaning or storage.
